SmartNif develops the Mobile Application Software independently. You acknowledge and agree that SmartNif retains all copyrights, trademarks, patents, business secrets, including all intellectual property rights and any other related rights, titles, and interests with regard to this Software

2.1 Android.Permission.CAMERA
SmartNif
uses your “Android.Permission.CAMERA” Permission. This is the only way to do so. MobScan demands system camera for
scanning Images. SmartNif does not collect or transfer any Images or Video data
to us or to any third party.
3. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMER
You acknowledge and agree that the mobile application Software and related services may have potential risks. In no event shall SmartNif be liable for any risks.

4. THIRD PARTY BENEFICIARY
You acknowledge and agree that Service
Providers are third party beneficiaries of these terms and upon your acceptance
of the terms of this Agreement, Service Providers will have the right (and are
deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these terms against you as a
third party beneficiary thereof.
5. TERMINATION
You
have the right to fully and permanently remove the Software from your mobile
device
at any time and terminate this Agreement.
